MLS Soccer School (U-10)

 

The MLS Soccer School for children ages 6-10 is designed to help participants become the best that they can be.  This program is taught by Major League Soccer Camp Coaches who will work with the children on the basics of passing, shooting, and game strategies.  The environment is fun and controlled for a great experience.

Flag Football

 

This is a great program for children of all ages to help understand the basics of football.  While this is a flag version of the game, children will learn the essential skills needed to succeed such as passing, catching, kicking and various game strategies.  This class is perfect for both beginners as well as experienced football players who want to sharpen their skills.

 

Ages 9-12

Baseball

 

This program is designed to develop the essential skills needed to succeed in the game of baseball.  Through various drills children will learn the proper techniques of hitting, fielding, throwing, and base running.  In addition, each week there will be a simulated game on the turf field to work on these newly developed skills as well as game situations

 

Ages 9-12

Basketball

 

The TEAMWORKS Basketball Program allows participants to get game experience, develop teamwork and most importantly have FUN while learning the game of basketball.  Dribbling, passing, shooting, defense and positioning are just some of the skills that will be covered in this program.

Skateboarding

 

Tony Hawk meet your competition!!! Sk8ters will be developed here.  Participants will learn the basics of skateboarding while focusing on safety.  TEAMWORKS does not supply equipment.

 

Ages 6-12

Tuesday 4pm-6pm

 

Required Equipment:  Skateboard, Helmet, Knee Pads, Elbow Pads, Wrist Guards

 

 


Cheerleading

 

Get that winning spirit in full gear with our NEW Cheerleading Program!  Participants will learn basic cheers, stunts and tumbles.  This class is perfect for both beginners as well as experienced cheerleaders.  Enthusiasm and smiles are a must!!!

 

Sneakers are a must for this class

 

Outdoor Adventures Program

 

The TEAMWORKS Outdoor Adventures Program is designed for children interested in challenging and fun activities.  Each week children will be put to the test in various activities including:  rock climbing, high course challenges, low course challenges, archery and more.  This program will push your fears while helping you to believe in yourself through the support and trust of others.

 

Tuesday or Wednesday 4:30pm-6pm

 

This is an outdoor program, please dress appropriately

 


Boys Lacrosse

 

Our boys lacrosse program is designed to teach players the basic fundamentals of the game.  Led by Top Gun Lacrosse instructors, players will learn skills such as cradling, stick handling, ground balls, passing, shooting, face-offs, and goal-tending.  They will be able to use these skills in various games.

 

Ages 9-12

Monday 5pm-6pm

 

Required Equipment:  Sticks, Helmets, & Gloves

 


Girls Lacrosse

 

While being led by Top Gun Lacrosse instructors, girls will learn the basics of lacrosse in a fun environment.  They will learn cradling, passing, shooting and much more.

 

Ages 9-12

Monday 5pm-6pm

 

Required Equipment:  Sticks, Goggles & Mouth Guard

 


Archery

 

Robin Hood watch out!  Participants will learn about archery from the equipment to properly shooting an arrow.  Safety first... Then Bulls Eye!  Hoops Archery will instruct all of TEAMWORKS Archery Programs.

Completely Active

 

The CATZ Completely Active Program was designed by CATZ coaches David Jack and Jim Liston who are regarded as national experts on youth fitness according to Men's Health Magazine.  Inspired by P.E. and athletic development based curriculum, the program will improve your child's fitness, coordination, and movement patterns during this 60-minute class.  The environment is encouraging, supportive, and fun to motivate children to embrace a healthy lifestyle.  Last year's pilot study with Tufts Healthcare successfully achieved these goals.
