Note- In team sports, information may be shared with the captain of a team whose roster you may be on (includes address, home phone, & date of birth). If you do not want this information to be shared with your team captain, please send a request to info@twcenters.com. In addition, individual participants who provide contact information with hopes of getting on a team assume that their information will be distributed to coaches and captains looking for additional players
